When a major NYS organization needed to clear out its 50K square foot space in the Penn Plaza district, it wisely chose GOL over 5 other service offerings.
With over 150 work stations, 65 offices, numerous huddle and conference rooms and a less than friendly path of egress, this represented one of our more challenging efforts.
After we removed all the seating, desks and file cabinets and donated them to Habitat for Humanity, we had the Herculean task of carrying down the stairs close to 1000 panels. Did we mention that the building had redone the freight a few years back and the station walls no longer fit in the elevator??!!!!
Luckily since we are a division of Liberty Moving and Storage, we had the proper expertise to safely complete the assignment.
